La Sanchez es una moto todo terreno, que aparece en Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories, Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories, Grand Theft Auto IV, Grand Theft Auto IV: The Lost and Damned, Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars y Grand Theft Auto: The Ballad of Gay Tony.

En Downtown (Vice City) hay una pista en que la encuentras pero no la puedes sacar porque solo es para hacer pruebas contrarreloj.

La Sanchez es muy buena para ir por terrenos empinados, arena, tierra, o cualquier otro terreno. También hay torneos de "Dirtring", en los que hay que hacer acrobacias con la Sanchez. Por supuesto, es muy buena para eso.

La Sanchez es bastante fina y de colores sencillos, aunque en el Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas a veces se considera algo más fea por la suciedad que adquieren algunas de sus partes. No posee muchas diferencias entre sus versiones. Esta moto es la ideal para acortar caminos por terrenos complicados, o hacer pistas de motocross.En GTA: LCS hay una moto llamada Manchez, es una mezcla entre la PCJ-600 y la Sanchez.

La Sanchez hace su primera aparición oficial en Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas en Unity Station, Los Santos durante la mision Wrong Side of the Tracks en el momento en que Big Smoke y CJ deciden perseguir al tren estos usan un Moto Sanchez.
